USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 47-40-5-6 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the U17s dropped their weekend games. The U17s fell to the Green Bay Gamblers (L, 7-2, March 22), then to the Madison Capitols on Saturday (L, 5-1, March 23). On Sunday afternoon, the U17s came just short of a comeback attempt against the Lumberjacks in Muskegon (L, 4-3, Jan. 20).
The U17s are back home this weekend as they host the Capitols on Thursday night (March 28) at 7:00 p.m. ET at USA Hockey Arena. The following night (Friday, March 29), the U18s hit the road to take on the Dubuque Fighting Saints at 8:05 p.m. ET from the Dubuque Ice Arena, then face the Saints again on Saturday (March 30) at 8:05 p.m. ET.
