USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 4-3-0-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the Under-18 Team split their weekend games and the Under-17 Team won their lone contest of the week. Pennsylvania was the word for the NTDP last week as the U17s headed to Johnstown and beat the Tomahawks (W, 8-5, Sept. 18) Wednesday night. The U18s, just a hop, skip and a jump away in Pittsburgh, fell to the Sioux Falls Stampede at the USHL Fall Classic on Friday (L, 6-3, Sept. 21), then topped the Waterloo Black Hawks the following afternoon (W, 5-2, Sept. 22).

The U18s are on back the road this weekend as they travel to Fargo, North Dakota, for a double header against the 2024 Clark Cup Champions in the Force. The two teams play Friday night (Sept. 27) at 8:05 p.m. ET from Scheels Arena, then at 7:05 p.m. ET the following night (Saturday, Sept. 28). The U17s are off to Blaine, Minnesota, for their final stint of NAHL action, kicking things off Wednesday night (Sept. 24) at the Super Rink with an 8:15 p.m. ET puck drop against the Minot Minotauros. They then face the Shreveport Mudbugs Friday (Sept. 27) at 6:15 p.m. ET before closing the event the following night (Sept. 28) against the Minnesota Wilderness at 6:15 p.m. ET.
